Description
The James L. and Nellie M. Westlake Scholarship Program is available to Missouri high school seniors, college freshman and sophomore students. You must be a Missouri resident planning to enroll in a full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college or university for the entire upcoming academic year or have completed one or two full years at a Missouri Community College with sufficient credits to transfer to a four-year college or university at the sophomore or junior level and have a minimum 2.50 GPA for high school seniors and 2.25 GPA or higher for college students in order to be eligible for this award.
