You must create a virtual poster in any language with a theme related to "Safe Jobs for Youth," specifically with workplace safety as it relates to the real threat of COVID-19.

Frontline Families Scholarship

Deadline: 2/15/23 Award Amount: Up to $2,500 The Frontline Families Scholarship Program is open to the biological, step-, and legally adopted children of frontline healthcare workers who have lost their lives to COVID-19. You must be planning to pursue undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational - technical school for the entire upcoming academic year to be eligible for this award. This program is not competitive; all eligible applicants will receive awards.

Walgreens Expressions Challenge

Award Amount: $2,000 The Walgreens Expressions Challenge is available to high school students between the ages of 13 and 18. To be considered, you must use your creativity to share how you feel about what is happening in your world through spoken word, visual arts, media arts or creative writing. Young people are asked to think about what is having an impact on them to draw inspiration for their entry. Topics can include, but not limited to: gender identity, social media, cyber bullying, self-esteem, dating + relationships, mental health, gun violence, drug abuse, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Brave of Heart Scholarship

Deadline: 10/5/22 Award Amount: $50,000 The Brave of Heart Scholarship is available to undergraduate and graduate students. You must be the child, spouse, or domestic partner of a frontline healthcare worker who lost their life to a COVID - 19 - related cause to be considered for this award. Graduate students must be pursuing a patient - facing healthcare major to be eligible.

VIP Women in Technology Scholarship

Deadline: 3/31/22 Award Amount: Up to $2,500 The VIP Women in Technology Scholarship is available to female students who are pursuing a career in computer science, information technology, management information systems, or a related field. Deadline: 6/19/22 Award Amount: $1,500 The COVID-19 Impact Scholarship is open to students who experienced significant disruptions in their college plans due to COVID-19. A significant disruption includes: A change of enrollment, from one school to another, due to COVID-19. a change of financial aid/status as a result of COVID-19, a change in credit load that impacts your financial aid and/or expected completion date or a loss of an internship or career opportunity as a result of COVID-19.
